Outdoor Offseason Program Day 6

Heute, am Samstag den 12.11.2016, war der sechste Termin an dem wir uns zum trainieren im Grunewald getroffen haben. Das Wetter war sonnig und frisch, eigentlich “perfekt”!

Programm:

  • 20 Minuten Waldlauf
  •  Balance Drills
  • Throwing
    • Easy Warmup
    • Easy Downhill
  • Flyballs
    • Uphill
    • Downhill
  • Cool Down Walk
